Rita Kitchens-Bohaboj was raised in O’Neill, Nebraska, and has been licensed to practice law in Nebraska since 2006. She joined the firm of Broom, Clarkson, Lanphier, and Yamamoto in 2009 and has carried on the Social Security practice started by Mary Clarkson. In 2015 she formed the firm with Rachel Yamamoto and now practices almost exclusively in Social Security Disability cases. In my spare time I enjoy supporting my daughters in their activities, watching sports, and cheering on the University of Nebraska Women’s Volleyball team.
Dulce Rodriguez has been the front office assistant at Yamamoto & Kitchens PC LLO since July 2022. She is bilingual and was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. She is pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a minor in law, and she is passionate about immigration. Her long-term aim is to attend law school and make a positive impact as an immigration attorney. In her free time, she likes to spend time with family and loved ones.
Ella Neary has been the Legal Assistant to Rita Kitchens-Bohaboj since June 2023. Helping people through law has been a new and different experience for her and she loves it. Her goal in the next two years is to get a paralegal degree, so she can continue her journey. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, going to the gym, or reading a good book.
