Rachel Yamamoto

Rachel Yamamoto has practiced exclusively in immigration law since she graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2003, and was admitted to practice in the State of Nebraska. She focuses on removal defense and family based visas, as well as asylum, refugee, and citizenship law. She previously served on the Board of Directors of ACLU Nebraska and now serves on the Board of the Heartland Workers Center.

Rita Kitchens-Bohaboj

Rita Kitchens-Bohaboj graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2006 and was admitted to practice in the State of Nebraska the same year. She currently practices in the areas of Immigration Law and Social Security Disability Law. Ms. Kitchens also has experience representing clients in family law, criminal law, and juvenile law cases
